First signs of Autumn as Pink Footed Geese arrive along the Southport coastline - Southport News

The first Pink Footed Geese are arriving for the winter along the Southport Coast now.

These marvellous birds breed mainly in Iceland and spend the winter with us, roosting out on the shoreline at key sites and generally commuting inland each day to feed.
